Articles, from a keyword to a published post

The SEO tab writes articles in steps you can follow and approve: the article design once, then for every article a brief, a draft in that design with its SEO checks, and publishing at once, on a date or in the next free slot. Rekhu Builder 0.9.50.

A WordPress project's SEO tab has an Articles card. An article is no longer a long conversation in the chat: it is a row with a status, and it moves through steps that you, or your client, approve.

First, the article design. Before the first article, Rekhu Builder makes a sample article on the site, starting from one of the site's own designed pages: its header, fonts, colours, buttons and builder (Elementor or blocks), with a reading column, headings, a list, a quote, pictures and a call to action at the end. You open it on the site, ask for changes in a sentence, and approve it once. Every article after it is made from that design.

Then, for every article:

  1. Brief. Type a keyword, or click Write an article beside a query in the Search Console report. Rekhu Builder reads the site and the keyword data and proposes a title, related keywords, the reader, the angle, the headings, the length and the pages to link to. Nothing is written on the site yet.
  2. Draft. Approve the brief and the article is written as a draft in the approved design, in the site's language and tone, with its category, SEO title, meta description and focus keyword (in Yoast, Rank Math or SEOPress, or by Rekhu Builder itself on a site without an SEO plugin).
  3. Review. Open the draft as it will look on the site, without signing in to WordPress. Beside it, the SEO checks: the keyword in the title, the first paragraph and a heading; the length against the brief; the title and description lengths; alt text on every picture; links to other pages. Request changes says what should change; Rekhu Builder works it in and the checks run again.
  4. Live. Publish at once, on a date, or in the next free slot of the project's rhythm ("every Tuesday at 09:00"). WordPress publishes a scheduled article by itself.

Who does what follows the client's settings, as in the Drafts panel. A client whose agency ticked May change the live site publishes their own articles. Any other client approves, and the agency hears it and publishes, or the article takes the next free slot by itself when the agency switched that on. A client sees their own articles; their writing is paid from their own wallet when they pay their own work. The card shows what each article cost so far.

Safe by design. An article's runs only work inside their own draft: they never publish, never change a live page, plugins, menus or the site's settings, and never change the project's knowledge.

Rekhu Builder 0.9.50 adds what articles need, and makes Elementor work safer for every chat:

  • entry-seo and entry-terms set an article's SEO fields, category and tags.
  • duplicate-page can copy a designed page as a post.
  • elementor-edit can build a draft in Elementor from nothing, and refuses widget types the site does not have, which used to show nothing on the page without an error.

Update it on the project's Connection tab.
