Link translations by name

Rekhu Builder 0.9.48 finds the pages to link as translations by their title or slug, and asks when a name fits more than one page.

People name pages by their title, not by a number. From 0.9.48, Rekhu Builder's translations tool takes a page or post by its title or slug as well as by its id. For example:

Link the Arabic version of "How to choose a mobile app company" to its English original.

When a name fits more than one page or post, such as two drafts with the same title, nothing is linked. Rekhu Builder lists the candidates with their status and asks which one you mean.
