Backups on the price table

Off-site backups are priced like everything else: per copy made and per GB stored a month, shown under usage. How many copies an account keeps and how often they run are set per account.

Off-site backups of a site now appear on your usage like every other piece of work:

  • Backup: one off-site copy of a site, made by hand or on the backup schedule.
  • Backup storage: the copies your account keeps, per GB a month. It is counted every day, so you pay for what is stored, not for the largest moment.

How many copies, and how often. Each account has its backup terms: whether automatic backups are on, whether they run daily or weekly at most, how many days copies are kept, and how many copies at most. A daily backup kept for seven days gives a week to go back in. The newest copy always stays, however old.

Where to see it. Under Billing, usage lists backups and backup storage by name, next to model calls and research.

  • Chats that remember the whole job and keep going

A message in Rekhu Builder now works until the job is done, as long as your balance pays for it. "Continue" always knows what you asked, and a red notice warns you before your balance runs out.

  • Clients see only their own chats and files

A client and the people they invited now see only the chats, schedules, site changes and files of their own side, and each side chooses which files to share. Chats get a clear switch for who sees them, and mails from Rekhu have a new header and footer.

  • Clients work on drafts and bring their own team

A client's changes now go to drafts that the agency publishes, unless the agency allows more. Clients can invite colleagues and reviewers of their own, and paid SEO data they ask for is charged to their wallet.
