See when clients join, and switch their access off
The Clients page shows when each client joined and was last active, you get a mail when an invitation is accepted, expired invitations can be sent again, and a client's access can be switched off without removing anything.
Once a client has been invited, you can now see where things stand.
Who joined, and when
- The Clients page shows when each client joined and when they were last active. Their colleagues and reviewers show the same on the client's People page.
- When someone accepts an invitation, the person who invited them gets a short mail with the projects they can now open. This works for clients, for the people a client invites, and for your own team.
Expired invitations
An invitation link works for seven days. After that, the invitation shows as expired, with a button to send a new one.
Switching access off
Switch off on the Clients page stops a client's access without removing anything:
- the client and the people they invited are signed out and cannot sign in;
- the schedules their side made are paused, so nothing runs or costs while they are off;
- their chats, files and wallet stay.
Switch access on brings them back. Their paused schedules stay paused until you resume them under Schedules.
