1 change- WordPress itself can be updated from the chat with the new core-update tool. It works in two steps: first it says which version runs, which is offered and what to do before (a backup of files and database), and changes nothing; only after the developer agrees does it run WordPress's own upgrader, then it checks that the home page still loads.
